Senior Advisor — Corporate Leasing

Surat, Gujarat·Full-time

Lead office-leasing mandates for Indian and multinational corporates entering or expanding in Surat and West India.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end leasing mandates from requirement briefing to handover.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords and facility partners.
  • Advise clients on micro-market selection, commercial structuring and fit-out orchestration.
  • Mentor 2–3 junior advisors and analysts.
What you bring
  • 6+ years in commercial real estate advisory or corporate real estate.
  • Strong network with Grade-A landlords in Gujarat.
  • Clear written communication and financial fluency.
Investment Advisory

Investment Analyst

Surat, Gujarat·Full-time

Support HNIs and family offices on pre-leased commercial and residential investment mandates.

What you'll do
  • Underwrite investment opportunities: yield, covenant, exit liquidity.
  • Build financial models and investor-ready decks.
  • Track micro-market rents, cap rates and transaction comps.
What you bring
  • 2–4 years in real estate research, IB or capital markets.
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills; comfort with legal diligence basics.
  • CA / MBA / CFA background preferred but not required.
Residential

Client Relations Executive

Surat, Gujarat·Full-time

First point of contact for residential enquiries — from qualification through site visit and closing.

What you'll do
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and route to the right advisor.
  • Coordinate site visits, documentation and follow-ups.
  • Own CRM hygiene and post-close client relationship.
What you bring
  • 1–3 years in real estate, hospitality or premium retail.
  • Fluent in English and Gujarati; Hindi a plus.
  • Warmth, patience, and obsessive follow-through.
